Working Heritage will open Jack's Magazine as part of the 2016 National Trust Heritage Festival on Sunday 17 April.
Discover this intriguing former gunpowder magazine on the banks of the Maribyrnong River. Get a glimpse behind Jack's Magazine's imposing bluestone walls and discover its connections to Victoria's gold rush, World Wars and the local area's industrial past as part of a short guided tour. Short guided tours will run regularly throughout the day. There will be a sausage sizzle courtesy of the Friends of Jack's Magazine.

Limited parking is available but we encourage visitors to cycle, walk or catch public transport to Jack's Magazine. Visitors will need to a walk approximately 500 metres to the entrance of the magazine. Please contact us if you have specific accessibility concerns.
